In stock

OMY 2×0.5 (H03VV-F) 300/300 V is flexible, round in shape, with two stranded copper conductors of 0.5 mm² cross-section, and is sold in a 100 m coil.

Application

This is a general-purpose supply cable for mobile and portable electrical equipment, including small household appliances. It is suitable for use in homes, including the kitchen, and in offices, and with light portable loads — radios, table lamps and floor lamps. It is recommended where the cable is bent repeatedly, that is with equipment that is often moved.

Construction and specifications

The conductors are copper and stranded, and the core insulation and outer sheath are made of PVC. The core colours in this version are blue and brown. Core identification — PN-HD 308 S2:2007. The sheath is available in two colour variants, selected on this page.

How to choose

On this page the number of cores, the conductor cross-section and the coil length are fixed — what remains to choose is the sheath colour. If a different cross-section or a different number of cores is needed, all versions of this type are gathered in the OMY cables collection. Types with a different rated voltage or a different shape are in the catalogue of electrical cables and wires, and questions about selection are taken through the contact form.

Application

General-purpose power cable designed for connecting movable and portable electrical equipment, such as household appliances. Suitable for use in homes, kitchens, offices, and with light portable devices including radios, table lamps, and floor lamps. Recommended for applications requiring frequent flexing and repeated bending.
